Olympic Lift Warm-Up April 2019

I continued to have clean movements in my first lift of the week during this block, and wrote this warm-up routine to get my shoulders, thoracic spine and core ready for that. Lumbar and hip stability is always important for me when I’m looking at Olympic movements.

Many exercises in this routine would be good for anyone looking to increase hip and lumbar stability.
